工藝:銅嘴焊絲氣體的選型及焦點的確認(中英)



一.銅嘴的使用

銅嘴的分類主要區分:是否送絲,焊絲的大小,焊接角度,如上圖所示,如內角送絲焊接1.0的焊絲則使用AS-12的銅嘴

二.焊絲的選擇

按照焊接板材的不同,我們需要使用不同的焊絲(氣體保護實芯焊絲)

不銹鋼=不銹鋼焊絲 如:ER304

碳鋼/鍍鋅板=鐵絲

鋁=鋁絲 (鋁焊絲我們建議使用5系以上的合金鋁,硬度較高,不容易卡死)

2. Choice of welding wire


According to the different welding plates, we need to use different welding wires (gas protected solid core wire)


Stainless steel = Stainless steel welding wire such as: ER304


Carbon steel/galvanized sheet = wire


Aluminum = aluminum wire (aluminum welding wire we recommend using more than 5 series of alloy aluminum, high hardness, not easy to stick)





三.氣體的選擇

①常見氮氣或氬氣兩種,焊接不銹鋼我們建議使用氮氣,焊接效果更好,請勿使用混合/二氧化氮氣體

②氣壓要求:流量表不低于15,壓力表不低于3
