焊接頭問題處理:光變弱/鏡片損壞/預防(中英)

表現:

Manifestation:

  開始出光很強,慢慢變弱/光弱,導致無法熔絲或銅嘴處有火花

The light is strong at first, and slowly weakens/weakens, resulting in the inability to fuse or sparks at the copper nozzle




原因分析:

Cause analysis:

  通常情況下為焊接槍鏡片損壞,包含不限于保護鏡,聚焦,準直,反射。其中任意一個或多個損壞都可能造成這種情況出現

  先更換保護鏡并看下聚焦,再去檢查反射和準直,更換損壞的鏡片即可

  另外查看激光光纖頭部分是否有臟污或者損壞

Usually for welding gun lens damage, including but not limited to protective lenses, focusing, collimation, reflection. This can occur due to any one or more of these damages

Replace the protective lens and look at the focus, then check the reflection and collimation, and replace the damaged lens

In addition, check whether the laser fiber head part is dirty or damaged


鏡片的損壞解析:

Analysis of lens damage:

1.損壞的分類:干擾導致的電機擺動異常,或者紅光太偏未調整,一般情況下密封圈會一起燒壞   

2.鏡片的凸面損壞:一般常見于污染,如更換時未防護,形態為點狀黑色斑點

3.鏡片的平面損壞:由于激光漫反射,多數為反光造成,在鏡片上形成了焦點,燒壞鍍膜,形態為白色斑點。凸面也有這種形態,形成原理一致

2. Convex surface damage of lenses: generally common in pollution, such as unprotected when replaced, the form is dotted black spots

3. Plane damage of the lens: due to laser diffuse reflection, most of them are caused by reflection, forming a focus on the lens, burning the coating, and the form is white spots. The convex surface also has this morphology, and the formation principle is the same
