焊接頭問題處理:不送絲(中英)

    運行邏輯:送絲機通過尾部的兩芯插頭信號線,接到控制盒的信號接口二的5/6腳,系統運行時控制盒主板內置繼電器吸合后5/6導通,送絲機開始工作(即5/6腳控制通斷)

    Operation logic: the wire feeder is connected to the 5/6 pin of the signal interface two of the control box through the two-core plug signal line at the tail, and the built-in relay of the main board of the control box is turned on 5/6 after the system is running, and the wire feeder starts to work (that is, the 5/6 pin control is on and off)


當出現出氣出光但不送絲的情況下:

When there is a gas outlet but no wire feeding:


首先看送絲機的設置,脈沖參數是否正常,按照如圖設置(個別版本沒有脈沖功能,可以不用設置)

First of all, look at the settings of the wire feeder, whether the pulse parameters are normal, and set them according to the figure (some versions do not have pulse function, you can not set them)


以上沒有問題后,我們首先判定一下送絲機的控制有沒有問題

點擊送絲機的前面板【手動送絲】,觀察送絲輪是否在運轉

1.送絲機不運轉,送絲機本身有問題,更換主板

2.送絲機運轉,繼續按照下面的操作進行


After the above no problems, we first determine whether there is a problem with the control of the wire feeder


Click [Manual Feed] on the front panel of the wire feeder to observe whether the wire feed wheel is running


1. The wire feeder does not run, there is a problem with the wire feeder itself, replace the motherboard


2. The wire feeder is running, continue to follow the following operation


我們首先短接送絲機的信號線,位于送絲機的尾部兩芯航插頭,拔掉后找一根線短接

We first shorten the signal line of the wire pick-up machine, located at the tail of the wire feeder, two-core aviation plug, unplug and find a wire to short


1.送絲機運轉,則可以判定送絲機沒問題,繼續按照下面的操作進行

2.送絲機不運轉,則可以判定送絲機主板有問題,更換送絲機主板

2. If the wire feeder is not running, you can determine that there is a problem with the main board of the wire feeder and replace the main board of the wire feeder


針對第一種情況,把送絲機的尾部兩芯航插頭插上,在系統控制盒信號接口二的5/6腳拔掉,短接送絲機信號線(并非短接5/6腳)

For the first case, plug in the tail two-core aviation plug of the wire feeder, and unplug the 5/6 pin of the signal interface of the system control box, and the signal line of the short wire transfer machine (not the short 5/6 pin)


1.送絲機不運轉,則可以判定信號線有問題,更換信號線即可

2.送絲機運轉,則可以判定系統主板有問題,更換系統主板或者使用下方的措施臨時使用

2. When the wire feeder is running, you can determine that there is a problem with the system motherboard, replace the system motherboard or use the following measures for temporary use


由信號接口二的3/4腳控制外置繼電器來控制送絲機的信號線通斷,接線定義如下(送絲機兩芯信號使用繼電器的常開腳
