  焊接過程中,有熱量擴散到銅嘴致使損壞,處理過程應首先分析熱量來源,鏡片散光,紅光偏還是外部材料導熱

在處理前應確保

紅光居中(偏光會致使光打在通嘴上)

②合適的掃描寬度(一般在5之內,通常設置為3)

③焦點0焦(刻度管為0即可)

(2) Suitable scanning width (generally within 5, usually set to 3

(3) Focus 0 joules (scale tube is 0)


1.首先遠距離對地出光,看一下銅嘴發不發燙,如果不發燙的話,說明鏡片沒有問題,沒有出現散光,發熱的話需要更換損壞的鏡片

2.在以上正常的情況下焊接如果發燙,說明是焊接時材料導熱,在實際使用過程中,外角銅嘴比內角更容易損壞,可以采用紫銅銅嘴

3.焊接手法也影響發燙,盡量焊接頭與材質處于45°∠焊接

4.鋁板等高反材料亦會造成銅嘴發燙,這個屬于不可控
