  由于在此結構后阻力很高,導致無法送絲在送絲輪卡住,應解決阻力問題

  ①送絲結構的改善

(1) Improvement of wire feeding structure


     由于送絲管越長,導致阻力就會越大,因此,盡可能使用短一點送絲管,如0.8的焊絲匹配3M送絲管

Since the longer the wire feed tube, the greater the resistance, therefore, use a shorter wire feed tube as much as possible, such as 0.8 welding wire to match 3M wire feed tube


     焊接時盡量拉直送絲管,不用歪曲

When welding, try to straighten the wire tube without distortion


     另外在這個堵絲出,把送絲管適當漏出一部分出來

  ②焊絲材質的改善

     對于不銹鋼和鐵絲,幾乎不用做優化,但是鋁絲我們建議用至少5系以上的鋁合金焊絲,硬度會高一些,并且使用U型的送絲輪和石墨管

  ③如果上述的改善依舊卡死,則更換送絲管
